Thermal Mechanical has the distinction of claiming over 45 years of solid, proven experience in Silicon Valley. Beginning as a partnership during the high-tech boom, the company now is a Family Owned Business moving into the second generation.

As one of the pioneers in Silicon Valley, we have grown into a full service mechanical contractor, specializing in HVAC Service, Piping, Plumbing, Sheet Metal and Building Automation Systems. We provide total project design from installation to follow-up service and maintenance. We offer complete turnkey services for commercial, institutional or industrial projects, including the very specialized needs of high-technology operations.

Over 87% of our business comes from repeat clients. They have found that Thermal Mechanical never compromises on quality. We give the same amount of careful attention to every project size—providing cost effective solutions to complex problems and meeting or beating the schedule while staying on budget is our goal.

Our Field Team is not only highly skilled but devoted to the task. Our Core Group has been with us averaging 15 years. Our technicians go through a rigorous apprenticeship training program. This is followed by additional training to ensure that the person who calls on you is up to date on the latest standards and techniques.

Thermal Mechanical started out as a limited service organization. Today, we’ve expanded well beyond that, providing a full range of capabilities, including project management, engineering, construction, fabrication, testing, and maintenance.

As a result, we’ve grown to 30,000 square feet of facilities on two acres of land conveniently located in the heart of Silicon Valley. Yet we’ve never lost sight of the fact that excellent service to our customers is what we’re really all about.
