Thermal Mechanical is a full service, commercial mechanical contractor offering Design Build, Design Assist, and Plan & Spec services for HVAC, Piping and Plumbing. We have our own in-house CAD Department and Fabrication Shop. Additionally, we offer Building Automation Systems and operate a Service and Maintenance department.

HVAC/Sheet Metal

We established our in-house Sheet Metal department in 1986 to complement our existing services. Our Core Qualified Personnel have an average of 14 years with the company. To us, quality is more important than the size of the job. We give a $1,000 job the same attention to quality, performance and prompt service as we give to a $5,000,000 job. We have specialists who know the sheet metal industry thoroughly, and who maintain their skill level to keep up with the changes in the industry.

Piping and Plumbing

Thermal Mechanical has been doing process piping for clients since 1969. Since then, the state of the art of piping and plumbing has advanced. Today it is a very sophisticated operation and we have kept up with these advances in technology. We have successfully completed mechanical piping and plumbing projects for just about every kind of non-residential building imaginable; schools, hospitals, offices, churches, department stores, sophisticated production buildings, and high-tech clean room facilities. Our clients include general contractors, building owners, facility managers, and property management firms who have known and trusted us since our inception more than 44 years ago.

Service and Maintenance

Some firms may say they offer services in air-conditioning or refrigeration, but they may lack the technical in-house capability to back up their work. All of our service personnel have been trained in the latest technologies involving air-conditioning, refrigeration, and heating. Each of our service vehicles is fully equipped. Building Automation Systems

Thermal Mechanical is an Authorized Partner of Delta Controls in the Bay Area. Delta’s Building Automation System includes HVAC/R, Card Access and Lighting control. It is the world’s first fully integrated BACnet system, featuring full interoperability and internet accessibility. It has the industry’s most extensive implementation of BACnet, native to all products through all levels of the system.
